1. All appointments booked online will get a confirmation mail from dcrcprayagaraj@gmail.com after payment realisation.

2. For cancellations, please write to us at dcrcprayagaraj@gmail.com with a genuine reason for cancellation within 5 days prior to the appointment. Once confirmed, your refund will be processed online and a confirmation mail will be sent via dcrcprayagaraj@gmail.com .

3. If cancellation is raised 5 days prior to the appointment, full refund will be provided.
If raised within 3 days, only 50% refund will be processed.
For same-day cancellation, NO REFUND will be provided.

4. In any emergency or unavoidable circumstances where NO OPD condition arises, the appointment will either be rescheduled or fully cancelled.
